I bought this for use on an OCZ Vendetta, it didn't drop temps significantly but it did lower the noise level. The white fan blades look excellent, it pushes a decent amount of air (don't expect it to blow as much as a Delta). It also comes with rubber fan mounts, a nice touch. The finish is great as well as it has a sleeved cable and is not chintzy feeling. For the price it's a good silent fan, I got mine for next to nothing. It may not blow air like Delta's or be as silent as Noctua's but it costs 1/4 or less of the price.
